Sir Sampleton supports Audiobus, Inter-app Audio, CoreMIDI, MIDI Mobilizer 1 and 2. It functions as a virtual instrument compatible with apps like Cubasis, Beatmaker 2, and Genome sequencer. The app excels in sampling other applications and effects through Audiobus.

Instructions:

• To Sample: Tap the red button and speak into the microphone for approximately 3 seconds.
• To Play a Drum Beat: Select the drum icon button in the upper left to access the Rhythm Menu, choose your preferred beat by pressing on it. Adjust tempo or beat volume using the buttons on the right. Tap X to return to the keyboard interface.
• To Generate a Random Beat: Click on the drum icon button to open the Rhythm Menu, then press RANDOM for a new random beat which can be generated again by pressing the button repeatedly.
• To Save a Sample: Open the Sounds Menu by selecting the keyboard icon button in the upper left. Press SAVE and pick one of the flashing numbered buttons to save your sample there. Tap X to return to the keyboard interface.
• To Load a Sample: In the Sounds Menu (accessed through the keyboard icon button), select the numbered button where your sample is saved. Tap X to go back to the keyboard interface.
• To Preview a Saved Sample: Long-press on the numbered button in the Sounds Menu to hear a preview of your saved sample.
• To Save Changes to a Sample's Sound Settings: Long-press on the 'save' button in the Sounds Menu.
